Customer Critiques

This filter has definitely produced my showers more enjoyable. There is no significantly more chlorine smell and my water truly looks cleaner (it is significantly extra clear). My hair feels considerably softer, and putting shampoo in it is a lot much less of a process. An unexpected benefit is that I have to clean my shower a lot less, now. There is a mush less scale make-up immediately after showering considering that I've began implementing this filter.
As for the physical aspects, this filter is really sturdy. For anyone that is hesitant about choosing the cheap plastic version, for fear of it breaking, I strongly suggest that you give the chrome version a attempt. It appears sturdier than "common plastic". I have not skilled any leaks when working with this filter. I implemented the teflon tape, but it doesn't appear to be needed.
Also, the filter did negatively impact my water pressure a small, but that's to be expected.

Exactly where we live now we rent and I am not putting in a whole property filter. This filter does each and every bit as decent as an common 3 stage complete house filter! We have super tough water and it takes all the rust and sediment perfect out! It operates Excellent with a hand held 1.5 GPM shower head as well.
Our skin and hair is softer and cleaner. Our tub lastly STAYS clean with no difficult water spots. I am really pretty impressed with the excellent and price.
I know some reviewers whine about installation. Do NOT listen to them. I had ZERO troubles installing it. I employed a pair of pliers and some white plumber's tape. NO leaks or drips. You do have to adjust it a lil to get just where you want it but that's ok. It does work quite properly with a hand held shower as well.
